SESSION DESCRIPTION
Too many TPRM Programs start with Security and Risk Assessments before getting their own house in order. Risk Assessments are an essential piece of the TPRM puzzle, but there is a whole host of internal work us practitioners can do before any risk assessment.
In this session we will cover some of the less talked aspects of TPRM you should consider if you want to build sustainable partnerships - building alignment with other stakeholders, the importance of a Vendor Profile and recertification standard, and getting a handle on your SaaS deployment, configuration, and monitoring.
