About the Role
Insight Global is seeking a Third Party Risk Management Coordinator for one of our top clients in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will:
Develop Monthly Schedules: Create a schedule for 8 to 12 assessments each month.
Track and Report Status: Provide weekly status updates, coordinating with supplier managers, suppliers, and third-party assessment providers.
Coordinate Tasks and Deadlines: Inform stakeholders of their tasks and deadlines, holding them accountable with support from the Supplier Risk Manager.
Perform Data Maintenance: Maintain supplier engagement data in Archer, including key stakeholder role changes and engagement status updates.
Reconcile Data: Align data fields between Archer and other systems.
Assist with Exception Reporting: Support the Supplier Risk Management team with IT supplier management exception reporting from Archer.
Gather and Provide Data: Collect data for monthly performance metrics reporting or dashboards.
Requirements
- 1-3 plus years of third party risk management coordination experience (with suppliers and vendors)
- Experience with RSA Archer platform
- Documentation/Procedure writing experience
